In October 2007, the Crossroads community was presented with concept plans to develop our site.  It had become apparent that the growth of this Community  was exceeding the space available.  The Elders had it on their hearts to maximise the potential of the property at Church Street, so that more people could call Crossroads their spiritual home.

In October 2007 many our our church family pledged to contribute toward this development.  The result was good but not enough to complete the project but good enough to give the Elders the mandate to proceed with the development in stages.

A lot has happened in the journey so far, but the Elders are still sure it is God's plan.  This project has not just been about a building project, but about building our faith along the way and all along it has always been about "more than bricks and mortar"

On February 15th 2012 the Earth Movers moved in to begin our large scale build of a new Auditorium here at Crossroads. This is the climax to many years in the planning so it was an exciting day when the Diggers finally came and began to hole into our rear carpark.  Work is progressing very well and the outline of the new Auditorium is taking shape.  We are thankful to the Lord that the weather has been very favourable, which has enabled the work to be constantly done each day.
