Youth Pastor

Youth ministry is an incredibly important part of the life of our church. It is often within high school years that people make a commitment to follow Jesus. It is also the place where students can be equipped with the tools & understanding needed to continue their pursuit of Jesus when school is over. As Youth Pastor, you would play the vital role of helping provide these skills and tools through the oversight of our Friday night youth group – CY (Crossroads Youth), equipping & leading our fantastic team of youth leaders, planning & overseeing each term & various events, building relationships with parents, as well as providing pastoral care for our students as they continue their journey of getting to know Jesus. You would also be co-leading our fortnightly intermediates program.
